1. PAYMENT & SHIPPING
MOST orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days, depending upon product availability at the time of order. Customers will be notified if shipping may take longer unless shipping is delayed due to holidays or sales.
2. SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
For online customers, all payment options are listed during checkout.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final but can be replaced if there is proof that the product was damaged upon delivery, email us for more information. If an order is missing after tracking is provided please file a claim through USPS.
